PKR345 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, browsing or using the pkr345 website at pkr345.ws in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using pkr345 immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. pkr345 will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy available on pkr345.ws, constitute the complete legal agreement between you and pkr345 regarding your use of the platform. You are required to keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure at all times. pkr345 strongly recommends using a unique password not used on any other website or application, and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

• Do not share your account login details with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow anyone else to place bets, play games or carry out transactions on your behalf through your pkr345 account.
• Notify pkr345 support immediately at support@pkr345.ws if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month once the balance falls below a minimum threshold, or may be closed at pkr345's discretion with appropriate notice.

pkr345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if: there is evidence of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity; the account holder breaches these Terms and Conditions; or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

All deposits and withdrawals on pkr345 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr345 accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in PKR is what appears in your account balance.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make the most recent deposit of a comparable or greater amount. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure your funds are always returned safely to your own account.

pkr345 does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees depending on your account type and transaction amount. pkr345 is not responsible for any third-party transaction charges.

The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000,000. For larger amounts, players should contact pkr345 support in advance to arrange the transaction. pkr345 reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple payments processed over several business days.

pkr345 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All pkr345 bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses and 30x the bonus amount for casino bonuses.

• Bet acceptance: A sports bet is only confirmed once a unique bet ID is generated and displayed to you. If you do not receive a bet ID, the bet has not been placed. pkr345 is not liable for bets that were not successfully confirmed due to technical issues on the player's device or network.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet on pkr345 sports markets is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event. pkr345 reserves the right to apply individual player betting limits where necessary.
• Odds changes: In-play odds change continuously during live events. If an odd changes between the time you click it and the time your bet is submitted, pkr345 may accept the bet at the new odds, decline it or request your confirmation depending on the magnitude of the change.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 36 hours, or if a clear and obvious error was made in setting the market odds. In all void cases, your original stake is returned to your pkr345 balance.
• Cricket specific: Match result bets are settled on the official result at the end of play, including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results in weather-affected matches. Abandoned matches with no official result will be declared void.
• Accumulator bets: If any selection in an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was never included. The remaining selections determine the outcome.
